With a 10mm lens and at a focal length of 1000mm I can achieve 100x.
With a 5mm lens I can get 200x.
With a lens diameter of 4.5" it'll max out at around 225x.
The smaller the lens the less you'll actually get to see but more
magnified it'll be.
