of knowing who is on our boxes, and of course the ability to access and
do whatever we need when we need to.

experience do you have? Webservers? Mailservers? DNS servers?
Have you ever been responsible for a server that if it went down at 4 AM you
had to make it work at 8AM, no matter what?

a server, I remember seeing some DNS services, easydns.com comes to
mind, can't think of any others off hand... you can always google for
dynamic dns services (for cable, dsl..etc connections).
