Amen to that. My mother's cancer spread to her brain. She was no longer herself. It was tragic seeing such a strong, vibrant woman reduced to that. We hoped for it to be over, then felt guilty about hoping, then resented feeling guilty, then felt relieved when it ended and her spirit could be freed
