how about find a cheap local bank with no fees or a low minimum for no fees then use ingdirect.com or etrade.com and open a bank account online. no minimum balances, free everything AND this is the kicker - 4 - 5% annual percentage rate. Did I say no minimum? And yeah - that's 5% on your

I've actually had fairly good service from Bank of America. But I think a great deal depends on the branch where you have your account. I like First Community Bank, where I also have an account, but I suspect they are New Mexico only. My suggestion would be that you explore your options in
