In New Mexico, where the state question is red or green, this is
unquestionably true. Even Walmart has four or five kinds of peppers.
Personally, I put jalepenos in almost everything. Eat pico de gallo with my
nachos, and green chile on my huevos :)

Put your fingers in a small dish of vegetable oil and swish and rub them
together. The hot oil will dissolve and dilute in the veg oil and once you
rewash your hands it'll be gone.

Its the stuff that comes in the steel tanks that you see for fountain
drinks. The tanks themselves are lined with glass so it doesn't corrode the
insides - of
they come in bags now.
that's why you can buy the old Cornelius keg [5 gallons]

Lemon juice maybe?

The oil from the peppers can be neutralized by something basic - try
rubbing baking soda on it. Don't put lemon juice on it or you'll be
rolling on the floor in lemony-fresh agony.

Take a spliff.
You won't feel it much anymore.
^_^
Other than that I think Milk neutralises the chemicals that cause pepper
to burn.
The best thing to drink if your mouth is burning after eating pepper is
milk.
