We have done a 1 week vacation nearly every year in the Fall since my
son started school 5 years ago. Just talk to the teacher and the
school, they probably have a program for this. We get the week's work
form the teacher ahead of time, sign a "contract" to do the work and my

I think it was some of that too... we've come to an agreement on the
issue that we are going to consult with the teacher about Memorial Day
/ the wedding. The wife is now backing
