I think that the people managing the blacklist are idiots, and the mail admins who are implementing it are idiots, but they are only guilty of being idiots. I suspect more pressure will be given to companies like Oracle to stop using the blacklist service than will be given to Time Warner to clean

I had a similar problem with a blacklist a while ago (Many years). Our mail server ended up blacklisted and their website only listed email as contact info. They used their own list to filter for spam so there was no way for us to email them! ~
