I have the sprydataset.cfm tag thats floating around to draw directly fom SQL to a SPRY dataset. Thing is, dreamweaver doesn't recognize it as a dataset, so I can't use the built in tools for setting up regions etc. Anything out there that can make this work

First question, which is better, wraping an entire .cfm file with a CFOUTPUT, or only using the tags where you need them in the docutment? Whichever answer, why? And finaly, other then the fact that CF won't accept nested CFOUTPUTs with different queries, why won't it?

It has been years since I used Verity, I didn't know you could specify multiple collections. That would certainly be a possiblity. I will have to check into it. Don't know if I understand the question correctly, but couldn't you create 35 collections then specify them all in the CFSEARCH ?
