There is a command line FTP utility in 2000 and XP that you can direct
commands to using an input redirector and a text file. With
starting at $9.95 a month for 5 GB...

Yes. For the backup itself, the easiest way may be to write a script/batch
file that can be scheduled on the client side that would use tools included
with the OS to create the backup file then FTP it to your server. I do

Personally I think you would be better off using a true FTP server on your
end for receiving the files. Using CFFTP means your server will need
