comes up as a gear reduction starter. I got it at Davis auto electric, his #
is 540-377-2062 and is in Raphine, Va right off I-81 exit 205. I'm sure you

Yes, they are good... I ran one several years ago and never had a problem.
While the cap is off, I would suggest taking a good look at the advance
weights, pins and springs to make sure they are not worn. I've seen many HEI
advance pins with huge grooves in them -- but still working. A

It attaches with screws. If your installing a GM screen on a GM hood you could
probably do it on the car. I put a repop screen on a Goodmark hood and only one
hole lined up. I had to drill the rest. If that is your situation you will need
to pull the hood.

Be careful with the length of the screws you install. Years ago I
ordered correct screws and they turned out to be either too long, or I
installed them at the wrong angle. Either way, several extended too far and
put a dimple into the outer sheetmetal. I didn't notice til I had 3 or 4
