Has anyone encountered extremely high CPU processing (over 90%) when IP
helper
addressing has been configured over MSFCs (not dedicated routers)? On my
network, this command produced very bad performance problems. However, I must
stress that the command was used for broadcasting (xxx.xxx.xxx.2
x27;t think you can use the isdn call command on the 1603. I
might be wrong but it never worked for me. Good luck.

noticed that layer 1 is up which shows you are connecting to your ISDN
switch. I
can't recall your layer 2 status but does it show multiple frame established?
With the voice-call-failure you might want to enable isdn
