Dennis Thank you for keeping me straight.  Don't even know why that came up on my bookmarks - gone now. Haven't used them. My comment about the ease of use was for the National Vessel Documentation Center (NVDC) at the email that you cited. There is a vast difference between $26 and $75.

Andy I had to redo mine when I added my son as 50% owner.  Did it all on the USCG web site and found it straight forward.  You can always try the site and see if it works for you.  If not, you can always try to find a reasonable service. Don Kern
