Before you go do all that work and expense test the glow plugs. Use a digital laser thermometer and with a cold engine activate the glow plugs. Maybe even do it twice. Aim the laser thermometer at each glow plug. If you see any temp rise that glow plug is working. Glow plugs are 100% or 0% work
