I went through a 12 hour severe storm in 1999 that racked the boat enough to leave the bottom of the transverse rear bulkhead off the sole by an inch or so and left both cabin doors uncloseable. After a winter on the hard with the mast out, all returned to "normal". Nature of the beast methinks.

I'm not sure how many other designs are like this, but the 37 doesn't have a continuous bulk head forward by the stays. Strbd is by the hanging locker and it T's about midway into the wall for the head on the port side. I'm concerned about the flexing in the hull. Long story, but the symptom is
