It's not multi-page, & I don't think it's compressed. This is one of several thousand files we had to outsource for scanning, because we didn't have the time or resources to devote. So far, over 1,000 files (all tiffs) have opened with no problem. David Turk Manag

I have a TIFF file scanned by an outside party that won't open in Photoshop because of "a problem parsing the Tiff file". I've tried opening it in Irfanview & on a Mac (I'm on a PC). I even tried changing the extension on it (this actually worked once). Any tho
