The same could be said for UPS and FEDEX. It is not really fair to ding the PO for doing what they were set up to do. Move mail from point a to anywhere in the world. (At a government controlled price less than anywhere else.) Have they gotten too big, have they gotten to cranky definitely.

Lets step back for a second. It is not unreliable it is not perfect. I treid recently to have something shipped express mail. Company refused to do it, instead charging me twice as much for FEDEX, of which they get a kick back. So lets be honest here. Companies use UPS and FEDEX due to the
