The same could be said for UPS and FEDEX.
It is not really fair to ding the PO for doing what they were set up
to do. Move mail from point a to anywhere in the world. (At a
government controlled price less than anywhere else.)
Have they gotten too big, have they gotten to cranky definitely.
Between being a liason for some time between a credit processing company and
the main PO in Phoenix, and seeing how they treated personally media boxes
when I helped my brother in law move across the country...I'd not let them
ship even a Dell.

refused to do it, instead charging me twice as much for FEDEX, of
