As mentioned on the connectors-dev@ list (change the format of CHANGES.txt), I
propose we modify CHANGES.txt
to give credit to contributors who have given bug reports, comments, patches,
etc.
I'll volunteer to go thru the mail archives and jira issues that are m

encourages contributors to come back, because they get some credit for their
contributions.
Any thoughts? I think it would be really good to add all contributors to any
jira issues before the first release especially.
