Where would I put that, Geoff? I have to go into the
/usr/src/RPM/BUILD/libraw1394-0.9.0 directory and mess around in there?
I can recompile kernel src rpms but not this package. It apparently

Hello, I made a patch for gabber-0.8.7 to fix a file transfer bug.
Apparently, a pre-0.8.7 CVS patch removed the line that creates the file
transfer dialog which also handles the actual file transfer. It's a patch

Hi!
I've created manual RPM packages for PHP for all the languages listed on
the PHP documentation site. These languages are:

If you like me are missing some stuff that were in 8.0 b but are missing

AVLTree-devel-static-devel-0.1.0-14mdk.ppc.rpm
I have the last beta of 8.2 and I was wondering if anyone knew the best way
of updating my install without downloading and burning the ISO's. The only
crux is that while i have a good connection, it isn't on the machine with
Mandrake. So, basically i want to download the updated rpms and copy
I now got my keyboard working under X exactly like it does under OSX, this

Further stuff:
No symlinks exist for /dev/cdrom and /dev/dvd, had to create those (to
/dev/hdb in my case). Then eject command worked. Also played DVDs
successfully and at full speed with Xine (great work!!).
The volume, light and eject buttons do not work even though I installed
the daemon for
Testing if I get through today.

I tried to install 2.4.18 smp kernel from rpm. The installation went
well, and it updated also the yaboot.conf properly. When I then
restarted and tried to use smp kernel, the start up process froze. It
