this is not dangerous bug but it looks ugly. Loading keyboard map
(loadkeys/keytable) is called several times during init process -
for example after mounting local disks and after mixer settings
(aumix) again.

I don't see a reason why this should be done more than once during
init process. It's wasting resources, screen space and looks ugly. I
call it a bug though I know it's not dangerous and it doesn't cause
any problems.
