For years, I have had, and lost a recipe for Moroccan Chicken. I know there
are several versions of this. This paarticular one has: dried prunes or
figs, apricots, almonds, and several seasonings including: cinnamon,
coriander, chile powder, perhaps Cardamom and safron, and more.

3 lb. Goat Meat (cut up in bite size pieces)
1 Large Onion (chopped)
2 cloves Garlic (chopped)
1 Scotch Bonnet Pepper (chopped and seeded)

1 oz. Ground Black Pepper
2 tbsp. Salt

Curry Goat Recipe
total time: 5 to 6 hours
Yield: 6 servings
Level: Intermediate
Ingredients
2 pounds goat meat (or lamb) without bones
1 lime, juiced
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 Scotch bonnet pepper (any color), seeded and minced
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teas

Here's my favorite of all time pasta sauce. If it's too chunky, you
could just puree it with an immersion blender, and all of the butter
mellows any acidity the tomatoes may have started with!
Quintessential Tomato Sauce
Use fresh tomatoes, but you can make
process by mincing the cabbage very fine.

1/3 c olive oil (canola will do)
In your case I would chopped up what ever veggies you can eat fine, like
carrots, celery, and whatever.
Make sure you soak your beans for a minimum of 8 hours to break down the

well as one with green peppers. Anyone have any recipe(s) that has a some
red, some yellow and some green peppers in them?

I use the peppers together wherever I would use green peppers separately.
They look nice as part of a raw vegetable tray and in salads. I have also
stuffed them like you do mushroom
