Hi Chris,
We have an RFID access system, so "Bucket of Hours" members scan in at
an office door and scan out when they leave. This way, we can offer 24 hour
hourly usage, even during non-staffed time. It ties into our management
software, DeskWorks. We decided not to read who's connected to
ption, and the light/ventilator in the
ceiling provides enough background sound. The door has insulated glass, there's
a window, and a 12 - 14" shelf across for phone and laptop. We put in a tall
stool.

small town in California in May 2009! We've got 7 of them up now (did have

Hi Julia,
I think this may answer one of my questions to your other post!
We always put in a noise cancellation system, which really helps with sound
privacy.
Also, when you look at space, think about high ceilings, which also help
with both sound and a feeling of spaciousness and privacy.
Lastly

so you may want to check out others. An entire space usually costs us $2,500 -
$4,000, but it makes a place so much more pleasant. A new space can be
oppressively silent; a place with more people can feel uncomfortable if one
person’s voice dominates.
Hope this helps!
