disappearing in Dreamweaver, seems ok with table based sites,

Hi Zoe I'm using dreamweaver 8 on a mini mac - intel version
the design view displays ok then when I update the design / css
parts of the design view just disappear if I move the mouse over
where I think the design is it sometimes re appears
wierd...

culprit is the 3px jog bug in IE/PC. I have gone through the PIE
tutorial on this issue and tried to fix this bug by adding dimensions
to elements in the sidebar and other bits of hackery, but have

padding issue. instead of applying padding to your content div try applying
