I did find it on archive.org and emailed that to douglas.
I've seen attacks on archive.org data, so I'm uncomfortable sharing that.
I didn't check to see if the archive contains the actual content,
unfortunately, just that it existed.
I also failed to find the material _elsewhere_ . The mirrors I tried
had all been domain-sniped.
- I failed to form a communication channel to someone affiliated with
wikileaks. I did not pursue this very much.
- I was able to access their .onion material submission form.
- I failed to access their .onion chat service.
I'm very out of date and inexperienced, but I'd expect this situation
