conffile handling caused 340076: although there is a new working

I cannot reproduce this with a default config. Both zone.int and
zone.tun are enabled with the following rule:
SNAT[0]="EXT ALL 0.0.0.0/0=>0.0.0.0/0"
Now looking at the result:

I found a few oddities in the German manual page such as a syntax error
in front of the -m option.
I attached a patch which improves it. It's still not perfect but much
better than before ...
