I can confirm this problem. After manually fsck the root partition and
still get the same initramfs shell I downgraded e2fsprogs and
libext2fs2 to the previous versions I found in /var/cache/apt/archives
(1.45.2-1) and the system booted again.
Same problem here since march using the kernel 4.19.16-1: do_IRQ: 0.37
No irq handler for vector flooded the terminals making the system
unusable.
Now with 4.19.37-5 and same problem.
But for me this problem is triggered by the Arduino IDE. Everything
works fine until I start the Arduino IDE,

I upgraded all my USB N devices to AC ones (MT7612U), just to discover

Debian policy version 4.2.0 added the following change (excerpt from
the Upgrade checklist):
Upstream release notes, when available, should be installed as
/usr/share/doc/package/NEWS.gz. Upstream changelogs may be made
available as

The GLCanvas class from wx causes a segfault. This bug was not
present in Debian Jessie, and is also not present when installing
directly from upstream (although I have not yet managed to do it in
Debian).
Here's
believe this is due to a missing parameter
GTKSPELL=true in the ./setup.py file, which is inhibiting the module to be
invoked and, hence, compiled.

I am having the same issue.
After upgrade to 4.9.0-7-amd64 from 4.9.0-6-amd64 my xen vm they stop
working.
I run xenserver 6.2 and as a temporal fix I just convert the VM to HVM from
PV
xe vm-param-set uuid=YOURVMUID HVM-boot-policy="BIOS order" PV-bootloader=""
So looks like running in
