My local build system got corrupted and this backport for wheezy was wrongly
built on a squeeze build environment. amd64 built is thus corrupted and needs
to be rebuilt.

This would fail on a manually configured site (one that has not a dbconfig.php
file).
We could add one more configuration option to the settings.php and check for
it, but I'd honestly prefer not to do so.

Installing php5-cgi (needed by nginx to run drupal) beside drupal6 solves the
issue.
Please try:
aptitude install drupal6 php5-cgi

this looks like a duplicate of bug #492424 against apt. Can you please run
aptitude install -o 'Debug::pkgDepCache::AutoInstall=true' drupal6
and post the results? This will tell us if the bug is in apt or not.
