I was able to build it on armel with the attached patch. I only tested
in a chroot under QEMU, so perhaps it won't work on real hardware.

While working on this bug[1] I found that pandora-build is no longer
being maintained and could be removed.Gearmand build-depends on
it, but in my testing that dependency is no longer required.

Here is a new patch since there is a new commit fixing the unlink but
it had 3 issues.
- unlink returns an errno so it can't be used before the if statement (x2)
- The unlink from the 2nd hunk is also missing.
Also my previous patch had an error but it's fixed here.
