to report a bug. :-)
(IIUC)
The check is done on the source package - .orig.tar.gz+diff. The
problem is in the .orig.tar.gz, so clean target has no chance to
correct it.
My vote also is to leave the warning there to remind maintainer to ask
upstream for a fix.

, as the author said, or if I can't say that it's GPL until
he releases a new source code saying that it's GPL and not NPL.
I'd quote the mail in debian/copyright with explanation of the situation.
And still urge upstream to release the properly licensed code :)

jlhafrontend is just a wrapper to call jlha and provides
command-line compatibility to the non-free lha.
If the package/project name is bad, I can change it. Please give me some
idea, thanks.

Except for the synopsis above, you should describe each option's
meaning and what the program does. Write in the manpage whatever you'd
expect to read if you face the program for the first time :)

Christoph Haas написа:
Damyan Ivanov meant the long description. And that is not contained in
the .dsc or .changes file. So I believe the short description is
sufficient to get an idea of what the package is doing at a glance.
That's right. Unfortunatelly long description is not so well
. (Christof Haas CC-ed). Something like:
Or just dget http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main//pkg.dsc
instead of the paragraph speaking about apt-get source.
And being on the whishlist line, May long description be included in
the RFS templates too?
TIA,

Did you ever read http://www.debian.org ? There is a link there, named
Help Debian in the lower part of the links section at left.
And how will I contact them.
Just read on. It takes time, but you should be able to figure out this
by yourself.
