to your luck - it is NOT a bug of compiz or of cairo-dock.
it was really because of insufficient graphic-chip support by nvidia-
driver.
I just had again almost cramp because of nvidia-driver - there are 2 different

I figured out that there was something wrong with pidgin-data, for some
reason it wasn't being upgraded and it was the old version. I unloaded

This bug has been in Thunderbird for some time - it appears in all
Ubuntu releases from at least 10.04. I have copied the .thunderbird
into each new release so have not seen the bug until now. I think it
should be possible to demonstrate it by using a false username etc.

Exactly the same with me, I'm trying multiple work arounds, but I can't
figure out the root cause. Ubuntu 13.04 x64 ACER 8943G with ATI Radeon
