My initial report was wrong, it still occurred in the GNOME session as
well, just not at first? I tried it on Wayland and while it was much
faster, it was still slower than I'd expect (5-10 seconds).

Fractional scaling applies to both monitors when you only want it on one
This bug is somewhat expected because fractional scaling works by
rendering the desktop at a higher resolution than your screen. So it
will take more mouse movement for the pointer to cross the screen.
Integer scaling doesn't work that way so the mouse should move at
"normal" speed there.

I have updated to 20.10 and can confirm disabling scroll lock workaround
is still working.
Another thing i've just realized is without this hack, there is a huge
lag during lock/unlock/login animations. Commenting scroll lock line in
/usr/share/X11/xkb/symbols/br made animations a lot better.

In BlueMan device window, if I try to switch profile I receive an error (the
red bar at window bottom) and in Pulseaudio I don't have the option to switch.
Furthermore, in Blueman window manager, when I connect the headphone I see an

the touch pad, i have no issue.
