Hi Ariel, don't know others, but I always left the desktop integration for the stable version I'm working with at that moment (if not, just click on any OOo doc will open them on a version not meant for *production* , and this is not very safe) Yes, desktop integration is rarely needed.

Hi Ariel, This procedure IMO is unbeatable when it comes to running multiple OOo versions in parallel. Finally I got it under Linux. ... If you document the Linux part in the Wiki, I will document the Windows part in the same place. Do we have a deal? :) There must be a command line

Hi Ariel, I've done it: http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Run_OOo_versions_parallel added the Windows part, and put it into the categories Installation and Quality Assurance. Feel free to change any/everything (as I'm a very bad [Wiki-]writer :-( ). You seem to have the skills of a
