- ku , cy
linux ok , windows not? Looks like the resources didn't build ... I will

vi definitely has an encoding issue with win installer as well as GUI.
Also, as MSI has no problems with Georgian and unicode, and we merely use NSIS
for distributing the package, perhaps we could create installers
