Looks like you're missing the Certificate Extension.That adds that
button. You can add it with the Update Manager.You probably need the

My sdb push to a Gear S2 in developer mode for a large (60Mb) file is
consistently failing with no useful error message.

I've repeatedly had issues with Java installs for the Tizen SDK on Windows.
Now I remember, I'm still in a "can't get the thing to install" state for
Tizen 2.4 SDK on my Windows machine right now. That's after doing an
install right from java.com.
Hmm - could well be a 64-bit vs 32-bit thing, e
/target-TM1/mobile-wayland-armv7l-tm1/
covers
both kernel and userland, and is not exclusively TM1-specific makes it all
a lot more understandable to me.
