Using dcevm 11 for Hotswap agent, I install jdk9 from oracle, unpack dcevm, set
path and jdk_home, install netbeans 12.5 and that works form. Netbeans
automatically configures for dcevm.

Checked the installation on Ubuntu 21.10 JDK 17. The license is still
almost white on white text on dark GTK LaF, selecting that solves the
visibility.
Checksum and signature is good.
