I just visited the demo site and checked memory use - 384M had been allocated,
with about 160MB in use. After running Artifact Info, 768MB had been allocated
with over 600MB in use. I ran the GC and the in use memory dropped down to
393MB.

It's a nice thing to have, but maybe we should disable the ArtifactInfo screen
on the demo server. I guess either that or we need more memory for the demo.

That would be a simple fix, but I would like to see what others have to say
about the memory use.
The artifact info screen is a good acid test - since it touches nearly every
artifact in the project. In other words, let's use it as a tool to spot
weaknesses or memory leaks.
