To ensure that it isn't an issue with either the SB3 or the location of it, can you swap the problematic SB3 with one that has been working fine? If the problem stays with the location, I think you might have a reception issue at that location. Though it's odd that rebooting the router rectifies

It should be automatic. Try logging out of Live365 and then back in via the Squeezebox or SlimServer interface. The Live365 plugin has also received a massive overhaul in the SqueezeCenter 7.0beta, which may be worth a look. My experience and that of most here has been that it is quite stable. -
