I have one on my harmony 1000 remote and it has openings for the
buttons, they are removable and also provide some extra grip. Bit
fiddly to put on is my only complaint but once on scratch proof etc, I
think a whole cover in parts for the controller would be cool.

I owned a 67 Mustang and did all the work myself too. Newer cars are

I just registered to the forum. I recently ripped all my cd collection
and wanted to put in a server with some other service.
The initial plan was to use an old computer but I has some problem with
it so I build a new one for cheap. (changed CPU + RAM + MB + the PSU
which was rather crappy)
The "BBC Whats on 7 Days" menu item always results in showing the
listings for the current day for the selected station. Also, no matter
which day you chose, the file path remains unchanged from the first day
you selected when starting up the browser. Regardless, the listings
are always today's.
Look at the firmware used in 7.1. For some time FW40 was included. That
version had several problems, one of which was not correctly switching
to digital inputs and back.
Since Saturday SC7.1 includes FW42, that solves the digital input
switching bug(s). But there is still one bug left: some user

I haven't found any way to get it to work at all. I've tried playing all forms

specifically about your network. The types of computers, operating
systems, squeezecenter version, and squeezebox firmwares are all pretty
much unrelated to the problem.

If you're going from SlimServer 6.5.4 to SqueezeCenter, you should
probably remove the SlimServer cache.
There have been changes in the structure of the cache, I forget when
that happened, and your symptoms are typical of a cache issue.
Why 6.5.4 isn't working properly I can't say.

Generally I don't like using DHCP. Just a thing with me. We have so
many devices(23) in the house I use static so I know where everyone is

My approach to your problem would first be to uninstall all aspects of
slimserver. somewhere in this forum there's detailed instructions on
how to properly uninstall on a mac. next, upgrade your os to
osx10.4.11.
then I'd try to reinstall the latest version of squeezecenter.

I too have use the great UDP tool to enable bridging on my SBR. It was

You can set the server and scanner priority via the SC Settings in the
Advanced - Performance tab. I've messed about with this in the past but
not on this release. There is a danger of 'over-tweaking' sometimes, of
course.
