What kind of server are you using and what kind of files are you trying to play? As you have an SB1, are you transcoding any audio formats? Audio breakup with one version of the software but not another may suggest that your server is struggling to keep up. SC7 is a bit more resource hungry than

OK, I can reproduce this on CentOS 4.6. I have no clue what's wrong, but I'll file a bug. In the meantime, you can get SC installed by disabling the gpgcheck. Edit /etc/yum.repos.d/squeezecenter.repo and change gpgcheck=1 to gpgcheck=0. -- Fletch -
