I have just got SC 7.0.1 (Windows XP) to rescan my music collection by
deleting the cache.
I now have a "No Genre" listing in Home > Genres. But is is empty of
tracks/artists/albums.

I've had a Sb3 for about a year I got a duet this morning & an extra
reciever. I plugged it all in the reciever lit up for a few seconds
then no lights, After a few minutes I unplugged it left it 10 minutes
plugged it back in nothing no lights. At this stage I tried the other
reciever it worked

The bitrate limit that can be set per player use the "standard" bitrates
used for MP3, but 224 kbps (as well as 112 kbps) is omitted. Any reason

Hi,
I just had a new duet shipped to Australia. I plugged it in last night
and it was working brilliantly! Woke up this morning and no matter how
hard I try to persuade it, no LED on the front.
The device does make a quiet, but continuous, beep sound and the red
light on the optical port is on.

Yea got a red light in the spdif hole. Spoke to logitech they said it
will need replacing but they would have to get back to me to let me
know if they've got any recievers in stock or not ! That was a couple
of hours ago, I thought they could just look at the computer & tell if
they got them but p
The player doesn't display album art, but will do lyrics.
the problem is I am too old and my eyesight isn't good enough to read
it!
I don't think that it can do the tagging thing.
I tend to throw a whole cd on at a time rather than the ipod solution
which would drive me nuts.

supported ARTISTSORT, so browsing by files was the only way to find my
music where I expected it to be. Tagged browsing is just recently
catching up to file browsing in this respect, and even that varies from
vendor to vendor. I'

"haze" caused by coarser grits, like the one in the toothpaste.

After speaking to logitech today I think they are just going to replace
the reciver not the whole thing. It's always a downer when your new toys

You want not only to tell if the player is currently on or off, but also
when the state changes. I'd suggest you look at modifying the Power
Switch plugins to do what you want. You could try tweaking my
PowerCenter plugin, but it's gotten rather bloated and I've not yet

All of the sudden Squeezecenter will not work in IE 7 Vista with IE in
protected mode. I get home page but the links are dead. If I turn off
protected mode all is ok. For now i added SCenter to trusted site and

XP SP2 had a hofix for a very specific chipset which didn't help most
folks. That hotfix is supposedly incorporated in SP3 but it still fails
