Alright so my problem here is i lost my squeezebox remote long ago and
now my squeezebox server tells me no player found but my squeezebox
control panel gives me the "ok" on all the diagnostics. I am guessing
some setting like the WEP key has been wiped out and that's the reason
for no connection.
Rhapsody stopped working today. Error message is track subscription
temporarily unavailable. Contacted support this morning. They say they
know about it and are working on it, but do not know when it will be
fixed. Checked support page just now and there is a message about long
waits because o

Weird. One of my SB3s just refused to play music, and I have been
encountering that in both an SB3 and a SBoom in the last week. They will
queue a playlist, turn on and off from the remote... but then will not
play a single song. I also have a SBoom that for some reason refuses to
play on after so

You can't play music through the device, and also mix in OS sounds (eg. use
Wavinput).
Wavinput plugin would allow you to play anything that the soundcard is playing
through a Squeezebox player. So, you could play music on your PC, and you'd
hear that music and anything else that would normall

Well not quite unfortunately. Now I have this:
Call "C:\Program Files\Squeezebox\server\scanner.exe" --force --wipe
--quiet
However it still does some fubar. For eample it will show 90% of all
artists with empty content.
Any advices?

If Control Panel does not load on SBS start up, try right clicking the
little SBS icon (lower right of screen, when running) and select Control
Panel.
This is on WinXP anyway.

If you experience the same problem as described above with Internet
Explorer 8, then you should view the mysqueezebox page in compatability
mode, and then authorize Flickr.
This worked for me.

garym, it may be worth deleting your cache and doing a total re-scan
(Clear Library and re-scan everything) to see if this clears things up.
Strange things can get buried in that cache file. You can get the
address of your cache file in Server Settings under the Info tab.

SqueezePlay beta has problems. Most radio stations play at correct speed
but some play at 'fast forward' and some play very s-l-o-w-l-y. Fast
ones include KKJZ (LA), slow ones include Radio Swiss Jazz.
