So why doesn't , as Andy suggested he was working on before he was layed off, Logitech remove the dependency of the music services on mysqueezebox and integrate these features in a new version of LMS ? Then they could shutdown mysqueezebox and nobody would care . In fact, I would be quite happy .

We've got a Nyxboard here for our xbmc box. It works very well, but there are issues with it losing connection after a reboot or suspend. I also think it's a bit cumbersome for an audio remote - do you need a full keyboard? Furthermore - Do you need a remote at all? A headless box would be easier
