Seems you have been finding a bug here. When the audio start delay is
set on another Squeezebox, SqueezePlayer will not respect this indeed.
Guess noone ever needed to set the audio start delay on a real
Squeezebox, as their latencies are so low :)
Do note, that the main synchronisation setting s
SqueezePlayer does obey synchronisation and delay settings.
Be aware how those settings work: you don't tell the server that it
should delay a player, but what the current delay of a player IS.
So if you configure, that SqueezePlayer does have a delay, the server
will tell all other players (!

always fully refreshing the main menu, when you start the App.
Right now the only workaround is, to switch to another player and back
