Can robocopy do multiple root folders at once, or can it only do one
folder and it sub folders?
Also, say i deleted a file(s) or folder(s) from the source, will it
remove the one(s) in the backup. If it does, i will give it a go.

I don't want anything fancy, i.e. compression is needed as obviously
its already compressed. Just a simple solution with folder syncing and
preset times (over night).

soon as i add them again.
They are in the right order in the album view, but never in the
playlist view.
All tracks are correctly named in thier tags. I.e 01, 02, 03...

blems are due to
Slimserver and not the SB3. All the nightly beta's i have tried have
been to buggy for me. Waiting for the proper 6.5 release to see if that
helps.
Anyone know when 6.5 is due for release?

I have a Cambridge Audio Azur 640a AMP (BLACK). It's had great reviews
and i highly recommend it. Not sure if you can get them in the USA
(that were you are i take it?).

While i love my SB3, Fastforwarding/rewinding is an absolute joke. Even
with WMA, MP3 and FLAC (all native) it never seems to work properly, at
all. Another major bug with an otherwise great bit of kit.

BTW, i am not running a firewall. I have disabled Zone Alarm but this
has not helped.
I just don't know where to start looking. Thinking of sending my SB3

I had to get my first faulty SB3 replaced. I just took delivery of the
new one but cant get it to connect to slimserver. It's connected to my
PC (wireless adhoc mode) fine but cant find slimserver. I have disabled
my firewall but that has not helped. Where do i go from here?

o say use a better format, but many people have massive
librarys of existing MP3's they need gapless playback for.
Really though, you are missing out. Unless you have stupid amounts of
cash to play with and buy a Sono's, don't be put off buying a SB3.

However, one thing that springs to mind is this; Once Slim Devices
implement the ability to play DRM files (i believe that's in the
pipeline, yes?) bought from the likes of i-tunes, this feature would
probably become more important as WMA and
d (probably not dance as in you think, different definitions over
here). But don't forget about live gigs, audio books, Opera etc, and
many older albums to, such as some Beatles and Pink Floyd albums. You
might not need it right now, but at some point you might well wish t
bar is -amazing- at doing it so
its more than possible.
Also, have you added an official feature request in bugzilla for this?

Need a replacement for my faulty SB3 (Screen fault + front bezel come
off). My supplier does not have any more in stock. Any idea when the

After installing Zone Alarm firewall, my SB3 won't connect to
Slimserver.
I have Slim.exe fully allowed in Zone Alarm and windows seems to show
it has a good connection (ad-hoc) with the SB3, but i cant understand
why it cant find Slimserver. Please help, very confused!

The FILE part of the Cue sheet is fine, like i said they play fine in

None of the information that gives seems to be valid for what the
squeezebox is asking for - ***.***.***.***.*** - . I can see a physical
address for the wireless card, which is 00-09-F3-70-20-D5? But i can

It seems to connect ok, but it's asking me to "Enter the IP address for

i saw a program once on www.downloads.com that could run and end
programs at set times. Can't remember what it was called though sorry.
Also, could you not use windows task scheduler?

just yet but can't wait. I love the fact i can use cue sheets for
compressed CD images, which is my prefered backup method. But anyway,
would using a PSP over WiFi not be a great idea?
