Any updates..? With warming temps, I need to figure out what to do with
my outdoor speaker systems, and the chromecast and/or single sonos play
speakers upstairs isn't cutting it.
Any hope? or should we give up and invest in alternate options.

I give up. I had planned on trying my iPad with the Chromecast option
then realized: (a) the SiriusXM app isn't supported by Chromecast; and
(b) casting from a tab isn't available using the Chrome app on my iPad
(I'd have to use the Chrome browser on my laptop).

I knew this was going to take some time so I bought a Grace Primo. Fair
price. Nice unit but not nearly as useful or professional as the Touch
it replaced. It works with SiriusXM and that's why I got it. I'll sell

Sorry, but we will have to stick to license agreements.
This would just get us a C&D and probably also violate DCMA and similar
laws in other countries so it's not an option for us.
SiriusXM is not likely to go after users who hack access to the stream
as long as they pay but they are not going to

Of course I support streaming SiriusXM through ickStream.
Only one qualification for me and that being the future ability to
stream the PREMIUM version of SiriusXM. For me personally, it is
difficult to listen to music/streams with frequent interruptions and
commercials. Same goes for the CalmRad
I support doing this as well. We have several squeezebox radios around
the house and use them for SiriusXM and to stream music from a local
hard drive using LMS.
