NIX and again, simple to use and
a pleasant user experience with a short learning curve.
Better throughput is acheived with ESXi but it is more of a complicated
process.
For desktops, V'Box is great.

data, you need to do the following:

Have you tried commenting out the boot config in -
/etc/network/interfaces
to bypass the network connect hang?
