Whenever I try to set a state for him the operation fails: I get the

I've got hundreds of NC contacts, but just this one individual can't be

I have try to eliminate and empty the QSL manager field, but I cannot.

Hi all
A friend of mine is using another logging program. He sent me his adif
exporyt file, which I imported into a DX4Win logfile.
Very strange happening is every single call that has a zero in it gives
an import error message, and even if I over-copy the callsign, the
change is not accepted.
Hi Paul,
Are you sure they are Zeros and not Oh's? Edit one by rewriting
the call and see if it
imports correctly.

It might be the other logging program was using an extended character to
display a slashed zero. If that's the case, go to the adif file with an
editor and replace all the pseudo-zeroes with real zeros.

Delete your DX4WIN.CFG file. Start DX4WIN and merge your INI file. See
if that fixes the problem. It sounds like your configuration file got
corrupted. This could have happened if you turned off the PC before
DX4WIN had written everything back to disk.

I may be wrong about this, but I don't believe DX4Win uses the numeric

after the country is recognized for DXCC. ADIF assigns the code as soon

It appears that ADIF has changed some of it's numerical codes in the

Hello all.
About the strange errors in ADIF export, I made the following test:
1. I added TK0KP/SAN to my log. Dx4win (v8.03) tried to assign it to

I did a little checking, and k5utd.utd.edu doesn't exist (at least not

Giorgio,
Just in case: when you close a log and open the log again, you will
implicitly set the selection to 'all QSOs'. If you had a Selection
enabled which did not contain your 6W/DL7CM contact, what you observed
is understandable.
