Bonjour a tous!
I am living in Belgium and I want to buy e-gold by the most cost-free, fastest and
easy to use method (I do not want to wait more than 1 day and I do not want to pay 12%
fees to WU and other 6% fees to the exchange-provider).
What would you choose if you were in my shoes?

wow, sorry about that JR. Kind of harsh way to ask me to remove the last message from
replies (it is easy to forget that sometimes) and kind of shows how much moderation
goes on in this list compared to goldmoney.
From now on I shall endeavour to remove the previous message.

Hello Stefan,
I suggest that you drive to an exchange provider and hand then cash
in-person and I am sure you will get them to transfer e-gold to you
on-the-spot for a minimal fee (certainly much lower than Western
Union).

It would never go big unless someone started a Japanese service, in
Japan, likely with the gold stored in Japan too.
(Japanese are simply better than other people -- they don't wanna
mess with the hoi polloi ! ;-) )

Anybody have an update on fastgold.net
We have been trying to reach them for the past couple of days without any
response.
We have used them in the past without any delays or problems so this is
very unusual for them and makes us a bit concerned.
THIS IS NOT A NOTICE OF A PROBLEM AS WE SAID THEY
Anybody know what has happened to fastgold.net - are they still reliable?
We put in a exchange order yesterday but have not yet received a reply
back - which is unusual for them.
Also cannot get them on the phone.
Thanks

Dear Friends
I wanted to go over, once again, the details of the
Privacity.com scam for debit cards. On 8 May 2003,
my clients at DBH complained to Ian of Privacity to
the following effect:
1. No tracking number was ever provided for the
package allegedly sent to them with the alleged
card.
2.
Hello there,
Yep, WWW.CYFROCASH.COM can do that. What amounts are we talking about?
Transfer within 48 hours at 1% (minimum $5)
Transfer within 6 hours at 1.5% (minimum $15)
Charges include bank fees from sending bank.
Cheers,
Robert.

Having lived there for 10yrs and having fluency of their language, I can
safely say that the digital gold concept would indeed go over very well in
Japan.
The only thing is, the Japanese (as a people) are reluctant to change
unless introduced to that change by a trusted party. They only trust
Japan's a great country, and has the advantage of a crumbling

I am new to this ecurrency idea and have been ripped off a few times

But - I have used Fastgold.net a few times now and as far
Dear Friends
The writer who thinks that there is something wrong
with sending a CashCard and not including the PIN
with it is a bit insane. Maybe he'd also like to
see value placed on the card before the card is
shipped, with its PIN. Then when it is misdelivered,
