emc is capable of controlling 6 linear and 3 rotary axes. Your type of machine might be called XYZUV when moving motors on both bridges. I don't believe there are any configuration examples of wire cutting machines. However, we'd be happy to help you get it working with emc--it sounds like a fun

John, I just worked through this. In Eagle use the gcode ulp. Make sure that the layer in the selection box is the layer you want and set the tool sizes to what you have. The ulp (User Language Program) will then generate the correct gcodes. One thing to note is that all of the dimensions
