This page has some sample info on a generic low-miles 2013 Leaf. From my read
of the info on that page, in March 2016 a ‘generic’ 2013 Leaf sold at auction
for about $6,325, and was worth about $10,800 retail (again - in early 2016).
The retail price seems to align fairly well with Leaf retail
se the charge cord when at a public
station.

Here is how I added a cord reel and EVSE on a Leaf, so the 120v plug can
just be pulled out to charge, and then reeled back in to drive. The wire
is very light and flexible #14.

IMO, the main reason that current EVSEs (the old inductive chargers too)
were designed that way was to make them resemble gasoline pumps.
