Yes, they are, at least the ones I'm dealing with. There are three data
centres, Bergen, Manchester and Frankfurt. The route domain was established
in Bergen and GC servers exist in the other centres. Three child domains
exist - NO, UK and DE. Manchester has its own site, Frankfurt is part
..a wandering along the leaves so green!

manual per sé.
I've copied the exadmin.chm to my workstation and read parts almost as a
manual. I'm impressed with it.
